Delivery Guide

Delivery options for each product are listed on the relevant product pages. Each item is shipped directly to you by the small business that created, designed, or selected it — our Sellers.

Ordering multiple products of similar size and weight from the same Seller won’t increase your delivery cost. Please check the delivery price at checkout when ordering multiple items from one Seller.

Please note that personalised, bespoke, and made-to-order products may take up to 30 days to create. Always check the specific product page for accurate delivery information.

By purchasing an item, you agree to the stated delivery date. If there’s any change, you’ll be notified by email with a revised delivery date.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Estimated delivery dates are shown on product pages and at checkout, based on dispatch times. Sellers provide delivery time details on the product page and will confirm estimated dispatch dates after your order is placed.

If you need further information about an order you’ve already made, please contact the Seller using the link in your order confirmation email.

Delays

In cases of exceptional circumstances such as postal strikes or extreme weather, the Seller will contact you and, when appropriate, agree on a revised delivery date.

Non-Standard Products 

Non-standard products include fragile, perishable, high-value, large, heavy, or items with special delivery requirements. Delivery costs for these products may differ from standard rates and will be clearly stated on the product page.
